Full confession: I still have not completely unpacked my clothes. If it did not come with me to my parents’ house during the construction process, then it hasn’t seen the light of day yet. I know I will likely need to get my act together soon as the weather begins to cool off, but then I get a Stitch Fix filled with transitional weather pieces and I think maybe not.
I really liked the pieces they sent this month and had to make some hard cuts to keep from purchasing everything.
Item #1: Papermoon Brynna Crochet Detail Dress. I loved the color and cut of this dress, but couldn’t really justify the price. If it had been floor length, I may have kept it just to wear it to an upcoming wedding, but no such luck.
Item #2: Just Black Joey Skinny Jean. These jeans were probably my least favorite thing in this box. The whiskering (I think that’s the correct term) was not terribly flattering on me. I’m not really in need of new skinny jeans just yet so I sent these back.
Item #3: Moon and Sky Divis Crochet Detail Knit Top. This shirt was super soft and comfy. I really liked the crochet arm detail, but it was a little too boxy for my taste. Back it went.
Item #4: 41Hawthorn Cordoba Elbow Patch Blazer. As soon as I took this out of the box, I knew I was keeping it. It’s a great weight and the elbow patches are a really cute touch. I can’t wait until it’s cold enough to wear this!
Item #5: Octavia Garland Floral Print Infinity Scarf. The scarf didn’t wow me and I have quite a scarf collection already so I opted to send this one back.
