Stitch Fix Recap #26

December 7, 2016

Happy hump day! Is it just me or do weeks around the holidays seem to fly by, but the actual days drag on and on? I swear it’s been Wednesday for 3 weeks already. But then I look and there are less than 20 days until Christmas and I panic a little bit. Maybe I’ll start a new tradition and give gifts on New Years Eve instead. #masterprocrastinator

If only everyone was as easy to purchase for as I am, especially when Stitch Fix is involved. This month’s box was fantastic and I definitely gave myself an early Christmas present, or five.

Item #1: Renee C Salcedo Split Back Blouse. I wasn’t so sure about this top, but kept it because my “buy 5” discount made it almost free. After having worn it once or twice, I’m really glad I kept it! It’s ok for North Carolina falls when paired with a cardigan and can transition easily to summer time. I’ll definitely get use out of this one.

Item #2: Papermoon Bristol Textured Knit Dress. I put this dress on and immediately did a spin and that’s how I knew I needed to own it. It’s a bit on the shorter side so I have to wear tights or leggings if I choose to wear it to work, but it’s so stinking cute. That plus the color made it an easy keeper.

Item #3: Market & Spruce Dollie Tie Back Neck Knit Top. This one was a no brainer for me. I knew as soon as I took it out of the box that I wanted to keep it. And with a back like that, how could I not?! The sweater is super soft and has a really loose shape that makes it perfect for the holidays (and all the cookies that go with them). I do wear this with a camisole underneath because the keyhole is a bit low in the back.

Item #4: Le Lis Adler Floral Button-Up Cardigan. When I first saw this, I thought it was a little bit of an old lady print, but when I tried it on, I realized that it was really cute! Mixed with a fun colored shirt or a cute dress and I love this cardigan.

Item #5: Kut from the Kloth Cai Bootcut Jean. When Stitch Fix gets jeans right, boy do they get them right. These fit incredibly well, are the perfect length and are my favorite wash. I’ve worn them so many times and am very happy with my purchase.
