Stitch Fix

Stitch Fix Recap #18

April 8, 2016

Last month, I talked about in love I was with my most recent Stitch Fix. If you haven’t read that recap, I highly suggest checking it out because it has so many great pieces that I’m still loving.

I’m going to cut right to the chase and tell you that this month ended much the same way as last month. As in, I kept everything. Again. Yup. The last two months with Stitch Fix have been great for my wardrobe, but maybe not so much for my wallet.

Just Black Dean Skinny Jean

Item #1: Just Black Dean Skinny Jean. Β Full confession, these pants were probably my least favorite item in the box, which isn’t such a bad thing because I did like them. I just loved everything else so much! I really liked the color of these pants; they’re so different from anything else I own.

Market & Spruce Margerie Stripe & Dot Open Cardigan

Item #2: Market & Spruce Margerie Stripe & Dot Open Cardigan. I freakin’ love this Stitch Fix cardigan. The pattern, the material (a super lightweight cotton) and the color (a really pretty navy blue) made this a must-keep for me. I’ve worn it multiple times already and have gotten a ton of compliments on it.

Skies are Blue Boronia Henley Blouse

Item #3: Skies are Blue Boronia Henley Blouse. Holy sweet cramoly. I love this top almost as much as anything I’ve ever gotten from Stitch Fix. Β The colors are so bright and springy and the material is just right for North Carolina’s unseasonably warm days right now. Plus, it still looks office appropriate.

Skies are Blue Ferris Mixed Material Collared Top

Item #4: Skies are Blue Ferris Mixed Material Collared Top. I don’t know that I would say I’m a mixed material hater, but it’s generally not my jam. But this top was so comfortable and will be so versatile throughout the year that I had to keep it.

Urban Expressions Neela Woven Flap Clutch

Item #5: Urban Expressions Neela Woven Flap Clutch. I never actively request accessories from my stylist, but when they send me a purse, they nail my style so well. This clutch is so cute and roomy (the inside pocket is legit huge) and the color makes it good for just about any outfit. I’ve used this on a few date nights already and have been super pleased.

Love that cardigan!! Too cute! I only used Stitch Fix a couple of times….stopped because I was never really sold on anything. Might have to try again.

    • I’ve found that it’s definitely gotten better over time as they’ve gotten to know me. And the more feedback I give, the better the next box is.

  • That clutch looks so cute! I am thinking about trying Stich Fix, but I don’t know if I am ready to commit to the monthly fee.

    • Yeah the $20 styling fee does kind of stink, especially if you don’t buy anything. The good thing(s) are that the $20 gets applied to the price of anything you do buy and you can set your Fix frequency for whatever you want. I happen to get mine monthly, but you could pick every other month or once every six months or only when you ask for something.

    • It’s so comfy!! I’m going to ask for more pieces by that brand, I think.
